Video interview for fxpansion

On may 2010 I had the pleasure to be invited by the renowned software houseFxpansion to record a video interview, based in their London studio entailing how I used their great plugins on my latest single “Sushi” (Anjunabeats)
The interview is split in 2 different videos, one is purely about music production, Logic& Fxpansion plugins tips and tricks, while the other video is a nice interview where I talk about my life as a producer and Dj.
Finally after a few months the videos are available and featured on Fxpansion website as well as YouTube.

Sylenth1 Standalone-Music | Factory-Bank

I know it’s been a while, actually, a lot since the last update.
The truth is, I’ve been working very hard on my music production projects, there is a new single coming and I was also busy with a few remixes.
Anyway this short and probably long awaited news is to let you all know that my factory soundset for the super synth by Lennardigital, Sylenth1 it’s finally available for free (!) too all the registered sylenth1 users.
The bank contains 127 patches, and you can find it on the second slot from FactoryBank3, the good news isn’t just that! The soundset comes along with other 200 extra patches made by some other talented sound designers and all it’s contained in the new update of Sylenth1, all you have to do it’s click on the “menu” button in your sylenth1 and then select “check for updates”.

Fxpansion DCAM Synth Squad Artist Presets Volume 1

Hello everyone, I m pleased to write that finally some of the patches I designed for DCAM synth squad by Fxpansion are now available for download to all registered DCAM users, you will find the download link in your control panel on fxpansion website.

It is an immense pleasure for me not just because I ve been asked to work on this project by such a great software house, but also because along with my patches the “DCAM Synth Squad Artist Presets Volume 1″ pack will contain patches from Armin Van Buuren, Phats & Small and many others.

Standalone Studio Collection Soundset Announcement

Hi everyone, a little news to announce a new series of soundset that I will release in the next months, Standalone Studio Collection is a collection of samples recorded note by note from hardware and software synth, that can be played as an actual synth from your EXS24, Kontakt and NN-XT.

The first release will be out in 1 or 2 weeks and will be all about “BASS” selected from synth such as Virus, Nordlead 2, MS-20, Crumar DS-2 and many many more.

The price will be 25€ and the pack it will contain about 30/40 different samples each with a personalized Sampler setting (amp envelope and filter), some samples even with more than just one sampler setting.
All the samples are 24bit format, NOT compressed/maximized this will offer you more freedom with dynamic effects during mixing and mastering, recorded with a digidesign system, every single note is carefully kept away from any possible saturation point.

November Update

Hello everyone, I m sorry once again for the lack of news on this website.

I prefer for the moment keeping all news as more of a little teaser and going into details once every work will be actually released.

So what you have to expect from standalone in the next few months :
The well known software house Fxpansion committed me a mini bank for its brand new synth line DCAM, the bank will contain about 16 preset and will be available soon for free.

also within sound design, Ive officially started working on the Standalone Virus V.2 the new soundset for the all time favorite synth by Access, it will take a while as I’m extremely busy but I m working at my top to deliver another fresh and useful bank.

A Small Update

Hello Everyone and apologizes for the long silence.
There are obviously reasons for this lack of updates, indeed, I have been quite busy working on several projects, a few new releases and remixes under my alter ego 7 Skies a couple of these will see the light around Sept / Oct.
A lot of web design (co-produced with advanc3d-studio), and more, I have been busy with a few things regarding the Iphone, a cool synthesizer fully programmable for iphone and ipod touch, the app doesn’t only have a full bank designed by myself, but even the graphic and a few things on the concept are by standalone-music.
This app will be available in a couple of weeks on the app store of course there will be news about it the day of the official release.
Let’s close this post with some small anticipations of what’s gonna happens in the next few months : New soundset of course, surely a new soundset for access virus, a brand new Sylenth 1 soundset as well and a new entry, a soundset for Discovery Pro by Disco DSP.
That’s not it, soon will be opened the Standalone-Mastering area, to get your tracks professionally mastered.

7 Skies In Melbourne On June The 19Th

A very big pleasure to write that in less than a month I will spin in Melbourne, for me i the very first time in that city and I’m really looking forward to visit it as well as playing my dj set for Melbourne citizens.
The venue of my show will be at Amber Lounge, on Friday evening of June the 19th, I will be playing a couple of hours dj set, so if you are from tis city and you like my music be sure to come, I will be more than welcome to have a chat with all my fans (that I prefer to call friends).

After a week of testing and reprogramming, I’m pleased to announce that myStandalone|ES2 Soundset is now working even on Windows with Logic Audio 5.5
You can access the store HERE, after purchasing, patches are provided for both Mac and Win platforms, so if in the future you will decide to switch on Mac and Logic 8 you will be able to use the soundset without any problem.
